Founder and creative director of Paris’ first third wave coffee bar and bakery, named by The Guardian as one of Paris’ ten best cafés, and by Fodor’s as one of the top three spots in the Marais. Created and ran a successful business, brand, and space that specialized in developing a local creative community and special events. Designed and maintained a complete and ever-evolving environment.
